Not the best!

Works good on me. This was my 5th night and so far I sleep good. I tried melatonin tablet, different brands i tried but it doesn't work on me, it ends up i sleep only 2 to 3hrs then i got up super tired. This patch so far it works like normal on me. I recommend if you wanna use this patch, give it a try for few days because on my first 2 days its not working well but as i observed on my own it works on my 3rd and 4rth day. I will follow up my review after i finish the whole patch.12-3-2018. It really works on me, sometimes I forgot to used it but I still fall a sleep right away. This patch is good sleeping aid to me. Thanks Amazon.. I'm gonna be ordering again.

Works but the patch is skin color and i always forget to remove it

Tried Respro Lab's 10 mg patch, Klova, and this one. Although the 10 mg had higher melatonin content, I would recommend the lower strength of melatonin with the lavender and chamomile. The Lavender and chamomile really helped me sleep. Highly recommend trying it out. Klova didn't do much for me - both times I tried Klova, they fell off halfway through the night.Highly recommend this patch.

I had high hope for these but unfortunately didn’t make a difference.

This patch has all of the great qualities of Respro Labs other melatonin patch, with some extra benefits! Firstly, the patch is much smaller and easier to apply. My favorite feature is the addition of essential oils! Not only does it smell amazing, but the oils help me to relax before going to bed. These patches help me get a full night's sleep and feel well rested in the morning.

My headline said it all. I already use this brand's melatonin patches so I had to give this try. HOLY MOLY, I LOVE IT so far! Even though the melatonin was 3mg, there's something about lavender and chamomile that knocked me right out! I haven't woken up once when I tried this (usually I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep). Will buy again!
