Incredible for back-sleeping... not sure for side-sleepers
1. This is an incredible pillow for back-sleepers. I find it very comfortable and it helps me rest steadily rather than rolling around throughout the night. I sit at a computer ~60 hours a week, so I had a slouched posture most of the time. Within 2 days of starting with this pillow, ~25% of the people who see me on a daily basis mentioned that I looked taller and/or healthier.2. If you use this pillow for back-sleeping, I highly recommend getting a round bolster pillow to support your ankles. Otherwise your heels will probably ache. If your feet are hurting, definitely give a round bolster a try -- it will clear up right away. Personally, I'm loving this ~$20 bolster. Master Massage Massage Table 6" Round Bolster, Navy Blue.3. It is a pretty good pillow for side-sleepers but it may take some time to get used to. I'm not sure I'm using it right? It doesn't feel very intuitive...4. If you use this pillow for side-sleeping, I recommend using any standard pillow between your knees.5. The pictures make it look sort of weird and maybe cheap/flimsy/not supportive enough. It definitely does look weird. As for the quality, having had it for a few weeks, I get the impression it will last a while. It also offers a lot more support for side-sleeping than you might have guessed from the picture.

I keep coming back to this pillow
Update:The last pillow I bought here on Amazon turned out to be a Firm Correct version. It did not stipulate a choice when ordering. I have been trying to adjust to this pillow since it arrived (itâs now end of Nov 2023) and itâs way too firm for me! Itâs not like all my other pillows I ordered from Amazon or direct from their site. The one I like (and did my previous reviews on) must be what they call Gentle Correct. I was not aware it came in different firmnesses. The pillow I like has the wings pop up when you lie on your back. This Firm correct barely moves and is too hard for me, even on my side. I can not even imagine how hard the Extra Firm Correct pillow might be!I would not order from Amazon until they stipulate which version you are ordering.Original review:I have been buying this pillow since 2016. Iâm about to purchase my 5th. I bought two direct from their website when itâs been out of stock on Amazon. Yes itâs weird. I am a side sleeper and have hEDS. Many times over the years I have been stuck in bed. I like to lay on my back to watch my iPad or look at my phone when in bed. I use a cPAP for sleep apnea. This pillow does everything I need it to do in all positions and has relieved my chronic neck pains. I did have to get used to it. I canât remember how long it took to adjust to it but it wasnât more than a few weeks. I also use it on a tempurpedic adjustable mattress.Itâs somehow soft yet extremely supportive. The egg crate sides are fantastic and do not cause my ears to end up in pain or get hot the way they can with regular pillows or the molded heavy solid foam pillows. This pillow is light so I can easily move it even as weak as I can get. I can sleep on either side and can change sides during the night. I get at least 3 years out of this pillow with heavy use, more than just sleeping on it as I have been stuck in bed weeks at a time over the years.I have one dedicated pillow to use on my zero gravity recliner as itâs much more comfy to watch TV with than the pillow that came with the recliner or any other pillow/neck support. I take this pillow with me on the plane. I just stick it in my carryon duffle and it molds to whatever shaped needed to fit and itâs super light. On the plane I have used it for lumbar support and then I have my pillow at my destination. Over the years I have fallen for marketing from other pillows and after giving them a good try, I go right back to this one. It is the perfect height, comfort and support on my side and doesnât interfere with my cPAP mask. The ONLY reason Iâm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I really want a removable pillowcase, preferably white silk, that I can wash. The cover that comes with it doesnât come off. I can sort of fit it in a queen sized pillowcase, zippered silk is my preferred as it doesnât keep escaping the case. However, the shape of regular pillowcases leave all this extra fabric that I find gets in my way while using the pillow. I fight the extra fabric nightly when Iâm falling asleep as I adjust myself. It needs a zippered removable case shaped to match the pillow.I have washed my pillows eventually in the washing machine and dried them in the dryer on low but Iâm not sure you are really supposed to and I hardly do it because I donât want the foam to degrade. I think Iâve washed each pillow once maybe twice. Another reason for a removable pillowcase.I have tried every type of pillow and as weird as this one looks, it still canât be beat. The wings do pop up when on your back, especially when new, but it settles down to this really wonderful side support when on your back. Itâs hard to explain but say you fall asleep on your back but need to keep yourself from rolling your neck to one side when on your back. The wings block you from rolling your neck funny like that. Kind of like on a plane you use the window for support but itâs super comfy. Hard to explain but I really like it. My head gets supported on one side and neck when on my back.Even harder to explain, is how I can sleep on one side and use the rest of the pillow to support me in a sort of 3/4 side position while it props me up and supports my opposite shoulder. Itâs fantastic.

HeadRight to the chiropractor after using this pillow!
The Head Right is a "pillow" that is supposed to stop snoring by aligning your neck properly while you sleep. It is a sort of Mickey Mouse ears shaped thing made of foam. There is a central tube with round circular pads rising on both sides. The idea is to lie so that the central tube runs directly under your neck and the round pads rise up like face bumpers to the right and left of you. The round neck tube is narrow and there is no support behind your head. When lying on your back, the back of your head is on the bed surface. It comes with a permanent fabric cover which cannot be removed to wash. The whole thing will fit in a regular pillowcase though. It is not large.I bought this pillow for several reasons: to keep myself on my back while sleeping (good for wrinkles), to help alleviate neck strain and to help me breathe better at night. This pillow did not help with any of the above and in fact I woke up the first night after using it with a pulled neck. I attempted to keep using it, assuming there was some pain to be had in realigning my spine, but there was no resolution. I had a strained neck for a week. Even if it had worked initially, within a few days of use, the foam center lost any minor support it possibly had to start with and I was essentially lying flat on my back with my neck dreadfully uncomfortable.I do not recommend this pillow for use by anyone.

Pretty good posture support... But I returned it.
The positive... for a side sleeper, the 2 foam things at the sides are a perfect height and very comfortable. The negative... The attachment thing in the middle is weird and I could never sleep on my back with it. Sleeping with only a bar under my neck and my head on the mattress was downright uncomfortable for me... That said, I'm not a back sleeper anyway and I believe it probably would have been a good way to sleep for my posture.-The side circles were a bit small. There's a reason no one uses pillows 8" big.Ultimately I returned it. The cost was too high to justify. At $40 I'd have probably kept it.
