Good solution for my motorhome
Just what I needed to simplify airing up my tires on my motorhome. The wheel simulators make this task quite difficult. The people having a negative experience seem to be trying to use these on tires with rubber valve stems. These extensions are quite solid and heavy, so attaching them to a rubber valve stem will cause the stem to flex at speed, and lead to the problems some are having. My wheels all have steel stems, and these extenders are working great. No more removing my wheel simulators to check my tires.

Not a lot of difference from other suppliers
Not my first round of Purchasing valve extenders for RV's with rear Dualies.Pacific Dualies I know what they basically are before ordering in quality.Unfortunately these 135° Extenders are to short and Interfere (Won't) properly clear the Stainless steel Wheel Simulators Winnebago uses on my Class A Motor Home. These were ordered for the Outter rear Dual tires as the inner Tires already have braided Extenders. I'll more than likely go with having Borg valve stems installed.

Looks like decent quality
These looked like they were of decent quality. Unfortunately, I returned because the package was used.

Good fit on F53 Ford motor home wheels
Installed on Winnebago F53 chassis class A motor home with chrome wheel trim rings. Easy install, lost some pressure while tightening. Used soapy water to test for leaks and didn’t see any bubbles. Put the pressure back up to 82.So far I rate these 5 stars as the quality seems good and the fit is just right. Could be 1/2” longer but they work as is.I will update this review if there are any issues when I test the tire pressure next week.

Function as intended
I put these on my class C motor home. It's built on a Ford E-450. I could never check my tire pressure because the outer tires valve stem is short and faces toward the center of the vehicle. Even the shops I took it to could not check.I can now check pressure and fill my tires as needed. They function as required. That's the best thing I can say. Installation was a b***ch. I don't have particularly large hands, but I could not get the nut in the valve stem. I had my wife get them started. Then tightening them with plyers, because the designer apparently doesn't know about hex heads. If I had a do over I'd look for ones with a hex nut and a slightly longer stem

Leaks
It's not that they are defective. But, when you take the cap off to check air, air flows out. That's not acceptable. What if a cap comes off? What if someone takes the cap? Not good.

Valve stems
Fits perfectly on the tires that are behind the roadside tires on our RV.

Pacific Dualies 135 degree valve stem
These 135 degree valve stem extensions solved a huge problem for me and my RV. The rear axles are duallies. The inner tires already had extensions on them. However, the direction of the valve stem on the outer tire made it almost impossible to 1) check the pressure and 2) put air in the tire. I looked for a solution and hoped when I ordered these the would work. I was on the road when I ordered them and didn't get a chance to install them for about a month. When installing them, I removed the simulators (RV Hub Caps). While putting them on the valve stem, they depressed the stem and some air escaped until I finished the install using pliers. They were easy to keep aligned with the opening in the simulator. I can now check the pressure easily and if air must be added, they stay firm so the inflation tool does it's job.If you have a dually (whatever) and are having trouble with tire pressure measurement and inflation, check your hubcaps and see if the 135 degree is what you need. It works and solved my problem.
