Friends from former groups that span the spectrum from folk/acoustic to hardcore, this combination of souls resulted in a sound they have come to call "heavy mountain." Stampeding lap steel guitar, a bone carving rhythm section, and soulful lyrics, The Rockford Mules sound simultaneously familiar and foreign.
