DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I would need to take half the bottle of these to get the amount of medium-chain triglycerides I would in ONE TABLESPOON of widely available and used MCT oil. I’m disappointed I didn’t read the label of these before purchase, I was just excited for the convenience of capsules vs a liquid. The fact that the directions state to not exceed 4 capsules per day just promotes my thoughts of this peoduct—it’s a crock. They’re selling an idea, not a product.

Easy to swallow
I liked the MCT oil. It is easy to swallow. I have had no “burping up” of medication. I believe helps curb my appetite and makes me stay full longer.

Start slow!
Product was exactly what the description says. I did feel sick to my stomach the first week though so you might want to start with one or two capsules a day. I’m still in the beginning stages of starting Keto so I’m not sure about this helping with energy or brain fog. I will buy again though!
