But I am not sure if you can use to bacterial culture **Q: Does it have a technology to filter the air form outside ? like an hepa or something like that** A: I don';t know but photo shows shelves are not adjustable. **Q: Are the shelves adjustable?** A: Yes **Q: Could I use this for eggs?** A: I guess you could, but aren't there cheaper options that also turn the eggs?
