**Q: What zone do these grow in? Are they considered to be hardy?**
A: Gladiolus will grow in zones 3 and up, but are hardy only in zones 8 & up. Sometimes they will survive the winter in zones 6 & 7 with a covering of mulch for the winter.

**Q: Can I plant these bulbs in  large pot outside?**
A: You could plant in a pot.

**Q: When can they be planted? In zone 6**
A: You can plant them about 2 weeks before the last frost.  They will come back each year if you plant them a bit deeper, seeing how they are more perennial for zones 7-10, not 6.  I leave mine in the ground all year once planted, digging them up and separating them when they get over crowded.

**Q: Will they bloom thru the fall season ?**
A: They only bloom once after you plant them. If you plant them in summer instead of spring they will bloom in the fall. Bugs seem to get in mine more in fall.
