These minerals are a no-fuss solution if you are looking to try (or are curious) about adding them into your supplement plan. We usually just splash a capful or so into our water (usually after strenuous work), or we add roughly 1/4 - 1/3 cup into a jug and drink it throughout the day for a more continuous supply. If you feel water doesn’t “hydrate” you after you drink, this might be your solution! Unflavored is what we typically buy, it has a slight mineral taste, but nothing offensive. The raspberry is also good, it covers up the natural taste of the minerals and works well in your “everything” supplement beverage/shake (we all have those, right?). After trying many other mineral brands, this one is the winner solely for its simplicity. No fancy branding. No crazy flavor options. Just minerals.

Better health better you!! Again it’s about the minerals you don’t have in you or what you eat!! Read about it and but at least 3 bottles you only need a capful a day !! First thing in the morning is the best time! It’s slightly a bile taste that’s why I suggest just after waking up because your taste buds are still HOHUM!! lol my hair and nails are stronger and longer also GREAT FOR BONE PAIN LIKE ARTHRITIS which is why I started!!!

I have been having a severe gut disruption. Had to quit most of my supplements. My sister, who is a naturopathic doctor , told me to continue with This one. I need the minerals, and it doesn't have any adverse reactions. So glad I can still get the nutritional support I need! Affordable, too!

A friend recommended another brand and I tried it and it was fine, but the price kept on going up. Therefore, I searched for something else and came upon NOW Colloidal Minerals and found them to work just as well, for less. The raspberry taste is very pleasant as well. Helps significantly with staying hydrated! This is a great product for a reasonable price, but like everything these days, the price seems to be going up. I will continue to purchase if NOW keeps the price reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try!

I used to take the original colloidal minerals from Dr. Joel D. Wallach and couldn’t ever find a replacement. I find that the version from ‘Now’ is good enough.

Ich habe dieses Produkt mit einem Anderen vergleichen wollen: Die kolloidalen Mineralien von Agenki. Die Mineralien stammen alle aus dem gleichen Abbaugebiet (Abbau von tiefen Erdschichten) in Utah. Kurz zu meiner Erfahrung mit kolloidalen Mineralien: Ich mache seit zwei Jahren eine Entgiftung durch (Schwermetalle, Pilze) und die kolloidalen Mineralien sind ein Teil von meiner Therapie. Mit den kolloidalen Mineralien von Agenki habe ich nach kleineren Mengen eine Heilkrise erlebt. Wichtig bei einer Entgiftung ist, dass man keine Nebenwirkungen wie Kopfschmerzen, Brain Fog, Gliederschmerzen usw. erleben sollte -- das ist ein Warnsignal, dass die Ausleitungsorganen eher belastet sind. Also habe ich die Dosis von den Mineralien reduziert dann wieder gesteigert, bis sich der Körper auf eine passende Dosis eingepegelt hat. Mein Problem mit Agenki war immer der Preis. Jetzt zum Produkt von Now Foods: Diese kolloidalen Mineralien sind die gleiche Menge und (soweit ich lese) stammen vom gleichen Abbaugiebiet und kosten nur die Hälfte. Die Englisch-Kundenrezensionen sahen alle auch sehr vielversprechend aus. Ich habe zwei Flaschen von Now Foods gekauft und nach regelmäßiger Einnahme bei gleicher Dosis merke ich, dass ich so gut wie keine Entgiftungssymptome habe. Entweder bin ich geheilt (das kann eigentlich nicht sein), oder dieses Produkt ist nicht stark genug. Über den Inhalt gibt es keine Einzelheiten aber es steht Folgendes auf der Flasche: Zitronensäure, Fulvosäure, Kaliumsorbat (als Konservierungsmittel ) und Kaliumbenzoat (als Konservierungsmittel). Die Mineralien: Bor, Calcium, Chrom, Kupfer, Eisen, Magnesium, Mangan, Molybdän, Phosphor, Kalium, Selen, Silber, Natrium, Schwefel, Zink. Ich bin nicht so begeistert von dem Geschmack von Now Foods. Ich schmecke meistens nur die Zitronensäure raus (kein Metallgeschmack von den Mineralien). Ich habe übrigens wegen der Zitronensäure ein Sternchen abgezogen. Ich bin zwar schon übersäuert, aber noch mehr Säure will ich wegen Candida nicht. Fazit: Ich bevorzuge die Qualität von den Agenki kolloidalen Mineralien. Deutsch ist übrigens nicht meine Muttersprache, also falls mir der Fehlerteufel heute morgen erwischt hat, bitte ich um Verständnis :)
