Works Okay, Not My Favorite
This e.l.f. SKIN Holy Hydration! Eye Cream works okay, but it’s not great for me. It provides some hydration, but I didn’t notice a big difference in how my under-eye area looks or feels. The texture is nice and it absorbs well, but the results just feel pretty average overall. It’s fine for basic moisture, just not something I’m excited about repurchasing.

A little bit goes a long way! I've been using this cream 2-3 days now. It is a mild formula that doesn't irritate my eyes. I was looking for something that will moisturize my skin at the creases of my eyes and this is doing the trick.
