Seller does not respond so obviously they know it is junk as well
This product is absolutely terrible and seller is as well...Installed this faucet after remodeling my kitchen and it leaked from inside the faucet..Brought to sellers attention and never got a response back..This faucet is trash now and was over $100...A big waste of money and I will never by this brand again..if I could choose 0 stars I would

Leaks
Breaks down and leaks easily. This is my second one with the same problem. I would give up and return it if my return window wasn't closed.

Design flaw
Beautiful design and it looks great; however, there is a major design flaw. When you pull down on the sprayer it does not retract. I added a second weight, but that made no difference. Wish I would have known about the design flaw before I purchased it and installed it. I will be replacing soon since I do not want the sprayer just hanging.
