Prompt delivery, packaged properly. The cream is smooth and really makes my dry skin smooth and hydrated. I haven't found it to make any difference to my early signs of aging though. I've been using it for a while now as a nigt cream and will probably buy again as it really helps my dry skin. My skin looks healthier the next morning.
