Healthy cereal
Nice tasting and healthy spelt puffs. They work well in milk and form a crunchy breakfast. They do soften over time but slowly and by not much. A good source for lots of fibre and good for vegans or vegetarians. They have no added extras like sugars so good for anyone with health issues. Works well with milk, yogurt or assorted fruits. A family favourite in our house and good value for money.

Light weight puffs - but charming in their utter blandness
Puffed spelt - who knew you’d needed these little puffs of grain in your life? Well you don’t really but they give a decent texture to Skyr or yoghurt and next to no calories but a bit of protein and CHO _ they are fine. Live without - yes probably

Healthy Puff's
Plain taste but healthy, and just a little honey or maple syrup is needed if you don't use it with anything else like yoghurt etc. Yummy.

Excellent no sugar puffs.
Really nice crunchy spelt puffs. I could not tell difference betweem them and rice puffs. Get a lot in a 250g pack. Fantastic to have the option of no sugar on the puffs and organic. Arrived in perfect condition. Once opened do put in an airtight container , which i forgot to do. However, they were still very edible with a slight crunch instead of very crunchy.
