Cast Iron Cleaner with Durable Plastic Pan Grill Scrapers, SENHAI 7 x7 inch Stainless Steel Scrubber for Skillets, Griddles, Pans or Woks and More

I fight a constant battle to keep my cast iron pans from being washed in soap and water. This kit allows me to scrape out the loose stuff then scrub with the chain links to finish the cleaning, leaving the seasoning in tact. I wipe out any extra residue with a dry towel and the pan is good to go the next time.My only complaint (and why I give 4 stars instead of 5) is that the chain link is kind of awkward to hold. Prior to now I had used a commercial product that was more like "dragon skin" drywall sand paper and it was much easier to hold and smoothed out rough spots better. But the chain link at least allows me to clean the pan without soap and water.

How did I not know about this before?!? Without this I would still be attempting to clean my cast iron with kosher salt and elbow grease! This is much more effective!

I have several cast iron pans (round, grill, griddle). I use the scraper first then the chain mail. The chain mail is great for cleaning up without having to use harsh scrubbers that will wear off the seasoning. The plastic scraper w/notches works great for grill pans for cleaning out in between the grooves. I even use it to clean the BBQ grill after it has cooled.

This concept for a pan cleaner is great. Design really works. I wish it was made in a cicular form, but it gets the job done. Plastic scrappers help the overall cleaning process.

Beats using steel wool on the cast iron any day! Removed some tough burnt on food and helped our cast iron look like new!

Do not buy this. It comes apart clogs garbage disposal found pieces of it in my clogged brand new disposal 2 days old threw scrubber in trash immediately . I am not one too complain about products, this needs to be taken off the shelf immediately , thanks John

Works VERY well!! No soap needed, just hot water! Cleans the skillets with ease, very little elbow grease needed.Just be sure to clean the cleaner after each use.

Submitted a review before but got requested again. So here we go again: the chain mail cast iron cleaner works very well with all my cast iron pots and pans, including my grill pans - it cleaned all the grooves! Haven’t used the scrapers yet but expect they’ll work.

I love my skillet and as we all know keeping it clean is key to it lasting a long time, having said that I have tried so many different ways of cleaning it and nothing has come close so I thought I would give this a shot as I was out of ideas.This is a great product and is so easy to use. The weight of the chain mail took me by surprise and really shows the value on offer here.My skillet has not been at its best recently due to my inability to clean it and some heavy cooking (see pic).First I tried the little plastic thing to remove the food stuck in the edges and it brought it all out no problem. I was very happy.Then using hot water, a little elbow grease And the chain mail I set about removing everything else. As you can see from my “after” picture the skillet is looking a lot better. This is only after a couple of minutes work. It needs more work but I’m sure this product will make light work of it.I think this is a must have for any cast iron owner as it delivers great results and saves a bunch of time.I have also attached a picture of the chain mail in my 10” skillet for size reference, it’s plenty big to comfortably hold and get a good cover on the skillet.Finally I ask if you found this review useful in any way you hit the “helpful” button. I bet my wife a lot of money I could become a top #100 reviewer on Amazon by the end of the year and hitting helpful really helps.. I don’t want to have to pay her!

Very good ordering another one for daughter, they are Excellent to have in the kitchen cleaned Pyrex dishes, dog bowls, sinks, saucepans etc

This works well for cleaning cast iron cookware. The plastic surface scrapers are a good addition too.I've dishwashed the chainmail and there are no rust spots or similar, so it seems like good quality stainless steel too.

Was very sceptical about this, but it does actually work. It scrubs burned on food on cast iron pans and as a bonus it works really well to scrub the hard black burned on grease/oil from steel grates (think BBQ grates). The plastic scrapers also work well, just don't use them on still hot pans as this will melt them slightly. Highly recommended as I used to use scourers and this is much more effective.

Great tools. They really help. The chain mail scrub is very easy to clean and dry, sanitary and also kind of badass.
