May work for some
We live in a valley East of San Diego, Ca. This couldn't pick up anything here even though the source of the stations are within 25-35 miles. So, I really think it depends on if the broadcast stations tower is a straight line-of-sight to this antenna. Had to buy an outside antenna in order to pick up the network stations here.Tip: I found a lot of help using tvfool.com to assist me with finding what station are available in my area. That was very helpful.

I was only able to pick up three channels which were of very good quality. I hesitate to give an opinion because I think I am not in a suitable location to pick up signals.....and I am not a technical expert.

Better than nothing at all I guess
just ok! Seems I always have to change it's location. Better than nothing at all I guess, but on the lookout for a better one.

Its OK
Does not work very well, lots of interference and can not get ESPN either with or without the boost on it.

Didn't work for us!
Unfortunately, this antenna did not work for us at all. We tried it on 3 different TV's on 2 different levels of our house and got 1 channel on 1 TV. And it wasn't even a channel we would watch. I think it was a shopping channel! We live close to downtown Portland, just down the road from PBS, so we should, at the VERY least, get the PBS stations. Not even that though. I did send it back and received notification that my account has been refunded. So at least that part was easy.
