Awesome headset with a major issue
This headset is awesome. The sound can't match any headset I've ever owned. The software is great and so is the 7.1 surround sound. The immersion is awesome. The sound for music is even better. Being able to adjust the headset's bass, surround sound and etc is a great idea. The software has a lot of customization. The voice changer is decent as well. There's a problem with this headset though. This is my second purchase. The issue seems to be the cord that has the media functions, such as volume, pause, mute, etc. This cord eventually starts to die out on you, You'd think for such an expensive headset, Creative could actually fix this issue? Even a friend of mine is experiencing this issue. Eventually one of the ears will start to die out on you because of the cord connected to the ear/media functions. I mean for a 180$ headset you'd think Creative would finally work out that issue since it's initial release like 4 years ago? Despite this terrible issue that occurs, this headset is a beast. It's comfortable and I've yet to find another company that can compete with them in terms of audio performance. Just sad that they die because of faulty wiring or just a terrible wiring design.

Beware of the price and breakdown as the detail is wrong
Be careful as the price and details are bogus. The import fee is not part of the basic price like the details breakdown says. The $24.99 is over and above the price of the headset $159.99. The detail erroneously say the basic price is 135.00 + 24.99 for a total of $159.99 which is false.

Sounds great, but the usb connector sucks
Sound is great, but micro-usb connector is loose with the provided cable, and third party cables, which results in connectivity issues. The 3.5mm connector doesn't come with a cord, and good luck finding a male to male 3.5mm cord that supports microphone connection.

Very comfortable, great sound, lots of sound options.
This headset produces great sound. I was looking for an upgrade because the fatality headset I used to order was discontinued. The headset is super comfortable and I especially like the voice changer ability lol

Bad mute button design
When you talking ,any pressure on the mute button, will give your listeners a high pitch noise even not turning it on and off. Sound quality is very good. Not good choice for gaming with friends but good for listening music or watching movie .
