Its innovative design features a durable metal cover with stainless steel locks for secure transport, while the anodized surface ensures food safety and easy cleaning. Proudly made in the USA and dishwasher safe, this pan is perfect for any baking enthusiast. ## Description Heartland bakeware began in 2006 with a goal to produce the best performing, highest quality American made bakeware possible. Our bakeware is built to last a lifetime. Silver anodized bakeware has gone through an electro-chemical process that hardens its outer layer making the surface scratch and stick resistant, and it will not rust, peel or blister. There is also no applied coating to flake off! This convertible cake pan insulates the cake during baking from intense heat keeping the cake moist and allows even baking from edge to edge with no dry low edges. The pans can then be separated and the outer pan coverts to a high metal cover that will not bend, warp or break. The metal cover is high enough to protect frostings and decorations while the stainless steel locks turn to lock the lid in place for ideal transportation of cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Thumbgrip handles make it easier and safer to hold. For best results always use the two layers together. You?ll never burn another cake again! Best of all, it is Made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty! ## Features - Air-insulated cake pan increases leavening time so cakes rise higher and evenly; Insulates from intense heat so cakes stay moist - Outer pan coverts to a high metal cover that will not bend, warp or break; high enough to protect frostings and decorations - High metal cover includes stainless steel locks to cover and lock lid in place; ideal for transporting cakes, cupcakes and cookies - Anodized baking surface resists scratching and sticking; No applied coating so food never contacts bare aluminum - Made in the USA; Dishwasher safe - Insulating outer layer flips to become cover - Makes cakes rise higher, stay more moist - Metal cover will never break - Stainless steel locks hold cover in place - Anodized surface does not allow aluminum to contact food ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Capacity | 13 Cups | | Item Weight | 1.7 Pounds | | Is the item dishwasher safe? | Yes | | Handle Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Anodized Aluminum | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Color | Silver | ## Product Details - **Color:** Silver - **Material:** Anodized Aluminum - **Capacity:** 13 Cups - **Item Weight:** 1.7 Pounds - **Brand:** AireGourmet ## Images ![Heartland Bakeware AireGourmet Air-Insulated Convertible Covered 13 by 9 Inch Cake Pan with Lock and Take Cover - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51qR3JcGFqL.jpg) ![Heartland Bakeware AireGourmet Air-Insulated Convertible Covered 13 by 9 Inch Cake Pan with Lock and Take Cover - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61HVZZK9fQL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My "GO TO" cake pan *by N***B on January 7, 2015* I have had this cake pan for sometime now. It is my "go to" cake pan. Never a burnt bottom because of the air insulation. Easy to take apart and clean. Should be hand washed to keep the shiny finish. Also, as others have stated, the bottom can be used as a cover which is an added plus! Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a good idea! *by J***T on September 12, 2014* What a cool idea! I saw a friend using one and I had to have it! Only one down side - when you put the lid on, it becomes too tall for some shelves in my refrigerator. ### ⭐⭐ The plating washed off fist time in dishwasher. Poor quality plating! *by D***T on April 18, 2014* Not dishwasher safe. Plating washed off pan first wash. Very disappointing! New pan looks awful but I will buy another and hand wash only --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/7813990-heartland-bakeware-airegourmet-air-insulated-convertible-covered-13-by-9](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/7813990-heartland-bakeware-airegourmet-air-insulated-convertible-covered-13-by-9) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
