I am now on my 4th re-order, I always shop around for the best price before re-ordering but this is easily the cheapest price for the same product. I have no evidence that it’s keeping my bones strong, but I will keep taking them, along with doing strength training and impact jumping. I like that it includes other minerals to aid absorption, but I do take a daily multi vitamin and mineral supplement in addition to this.

Very good product.
Good but latest research suggests if taking vitamin D also to consider taking vitamin K2 to offset artirial hardening. Magnesium and manganese helps deposit calcium on the bone to strengthen.
