Golden Starlight Mooncake

I absolutely love this mooncake. I’ve never had pandan flavored mooncake before. Actually I was gifted a cake (without the box). So I was shocked to see green inside of the mooncake when we cut into it. We thought the mooncake had gone bad. After closer examination I saw that the green coloring seemed deliberate. Like there was a distinct edge where the green started and where the brown (lotus seed paste) started. I took a chance to try it and it was delicious. When I contacted the person who gave it to me they told me it was pandan flavored. Mmmmm so delicious. I’ve been looking for this for weeks!!
