I really only needed the horse shoe ones to keep my Daith holes open during surgery.Pros- very tiny, which is great if you want to hide your piercings.They are a clear plastic/acrylic, so if you have a medical procedure, they are allowed in all places I have gone, anywayCons- Very tiny. Lol the con side of that is it’s dang near IMPOSSIBLE to get the ball screwed back into the end of the horse shoe. And make sure if you are leaning over a sink to place a towel (dark color preferred) over the whole sink so you can find them when you drop them -and you WILL drop them haha. I ended up having my sister put them in for me. It took quite a few tries, but she got ‘er done. :)I didn’t use any of the other items, as I didn’t need them.

Exactly what I wanted.I got my cartilage pierced nearly a year and a half ago and neither peircing has completely healed even still. My mom has a sensitivity to metals, even surgical grade metals, and I decided to try something different in hopes it would make my ears hurt less. Turns out I have the same sensitivity, and since I put these in a couple days ago, all the pain I was having in the area around my peircings is entirely gone. They're the perfect size, they're -almost- completely clear, and they feel and fit fabulously. The balls that come on them are completely clear, however the actual part that goes in your ear (or other peircing areas) isnt as clear, but I am still satisfied as they still aren't noticable despite that. Best product I've received from Amazon in a longgg time. They come in three seperate tiny baggies, which all are inside another tiny plastic baggie, which is inside a velvet pouch. It's a little much but I wasn't dissatisfied with it. If you buy coloured balls for them make sure they're 5 mm balls, as that's all that fits on them.

The plastic was not very sturdy I’ve already had three of the septum that have no balls because their crap and I didn’t even get to wear them I was very bummed out about it and The balls are kind of difficult to screw on once you get septum bar in your nose but other than that they’re very comfortable but would not recommend

Bought for my daughter as she needed a plastic one for surgery. Was disappointed to find they are so small they might only fit the nose of a small child.

When I first received them, I had the same critiques as every one else. The rings looked incredibly small, especially for a septum ring, which is what I bought them for. I have a comparison picture of my regular ring versus these. However, since I already had a larger 16g metal ring, the plastic balls from this package screwed right on and fit great. This unfortunately won’t help if you actually needed/wanted the plastic colorful hoop in.

I actually purchased this, so I would be able to not get beeped when I cross the metal detector through the airport. It is silicone, and it is relatively easy to put into your septum. (I only bought this for my septum, because my septum is pierced) The only issue is screwing on the balls, I have huge hands so it does give some complication, but I can easily flip this up without an issue. The packaging wasn't damaged and everything was in good condition, so that is a plus. All I can say is, have someone help you screw those balls!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to for this one!! My job doesn’t allow piercings so I tried these. In the meantime I was dealing with the dreaded piercing bump on my double helix! Y’all..I switched to these earrings and 2 days later the bumps were completely gone. I had been trying everything!! I don’t know what sorcery happened, but the bumps are gone, thanks to these place holders!! Thank you!!

I thought for sure people were being dramatic, but lolllllll- these are NOT made for septum piercings and never will be. They are sooooooooooo small. They went through the piercing, but sit on the under side of my nose snug. I had to stretch the ring even to get the ball on. They are fine for flipping up to hide the ring, but not for everyday wear.
