After Smart Products NY shipped me the wrong product, I decided to go purchase this from the store instead of waiting for the correct one. I decided to go with this case after having a great experience with the Commuter case for the 6s Plus. Otterbox has definitely made some great changes to the product! Pros: -Works with wireless charging -Doesn't get hot when wireless charging -The rubber fits like a glove around the phone, and seals well with the plastic shell -When snapping the shell on, everything fits together seamlessly -Case is visually pleasing with the phone -Plastic and rubber have a nice texture to them that feels good in the hand -Raised lip around the phone is perfectly sized to where it protects the phone but doesn't make using it annoying. Cons -None that I can see Preference -This case is not as thin as previous models, but it doesn't feel too thick. It sort of gives it a rectangle feeling like how the iPhone 4 model was. I personally like this, but I know some people would prefer an insanely thin case. If you like Otterbox cases, this one does not disappoint!

I have dropped my phone hard twice already since I bought this a month ago. My phone is fine. The case is also fine— not a scratch. Before that, I had another case that was not OtterBox but of a similar design. While my phone was protected by that prior case, the case itself lasted only three months and developed scratches within its first fall. I think it is a durable and nice case. It not only does its job but does it well. Finally, I also appreciate that it is not super clunky or too large to hold. I have had prior OtterBox cases that seemed to overwhelm the phone, back when the iPhones were admittedly smaller than now.

This is a typical otter box case. Quality. Yes you pay what you get. I got mine for 30 bucks, and I cannot complain one bit. I had the commuter series on my iPhone 7 Plus for two years. And let me say, that case protected my phone like crazy! I mean, I must’ve dropped it more then 100 times, and the phone never cracked. Even on concrete! Same thing with this cases looks great on my iPhone max s, while still knowing that I can survive a nasty drop. People are complaining there’s no lip to protect the screen... wrong! Yes, there’s not a ton of lip to protect the screen but there’s enough there for it to be not touching a normal surface when you put your phone face down. If your still concerned, then just add a screen protector. Additionally, the way they made the lip slant inwards towards the screen allows me to have perfect access to any gesture such as the home gesture without feeling I’m being restricted. The one con I might add to this case that it leaves your apple logo on the back open.. I don’t like this idea considering it’s glass but, it does allow you to show off your nice shiny new phone.

I got the commuter otterbox and I love it! It gives your phone great protection compared to other iphone xs max cases and its durable. Every iphone i get i always buy this case. I had it on my 6S PLUS and it never let me down. I had dropped 2x from the 2nd story and not 1 scratch or a cracked screen ever. What I love about this case is theres no “rubber flap” that you have to open to put your iphone on “silent” mode. And theres no flap for the charging port unlike the deluxe version of this case that make your phone the size of a brick. I had the otter box deluxe and every time i had to charge my phone i had to fight the rubber flap of the case to isert the charger... same thing with the silence button. I returned the deluxe and got this one. Get it you will love it. Also go with a “case friendly” screen protector and you wont be dossapointed!

Great, solid case. A little thicker than the symmetry version I used to have. But tough. I’ve dropped it twice and not even the case was scraped.

The material of the soft shell is the same as my old Otterbox Defender which gave my iPhone XS Max 2 years of great protection. The soft cover has great durability, it was still in good condition after over hundred of times‘ hitting on hard rough surfaces. And its softness also absorbbed a lot energy against smashing and bending. I am pretty confident it will give my phone good protection with the material. The texture of the upper side edges of the case and the slim design make it easy to hold. Less thickness compared to OtterBox Defender will also give it a better wireless charging result. And a very important thing is that you can never find such great price anywhere else. I am really satisfied with the purchase.

This is excellent one. there is no other need to define the quality of the Otterbox. Using it for my XS Max. there is small issue, if you use a temper glass. in the sides, if you click power button or volume buttons, the temper glass raise little bit and settles down once you stop pressing. definitely need to increase the with both the sides 1 mm atleast, so that the sides will go inside edge of the case. worth buying to safe guard your costly phone

Es realmente cara pero cumple con todo lo que promete, su calidad es excelente y su durabilidad extrema, primero se vuelve obsoleto el móvil antes de que el case se dañe 😂
