As I've said about similar spoons before, they do a sterling job of acting as a first-class receptacle for holding foodstuffs, prior to ingesting whatever it is they're holding. The long handle on the spoons gives them sturdiness, helping one aim the foodstuff effectively into one's mouth.

It's important to minimise use of plastics, which is why our fundraising group went with these for our activities. The rounded/concave bit of these spoons was not very significant to begin with, and using them for a hot soup caused it to pretty much disappear. That isn't a huge problem with a robust soup (chili) but would pose a problem for a thin soup, as the spoons lose their usefulness. That being the case, it's important to be consider in regard to what you will be using them for -- cooler temp foods, drier foods, would be good, more water + heat, not so good.All of that said, I do think that the non-plastic issue is such that whatever challenges are posed by using these they are still worth purchasing to be eco-friendly.

Very good. Having new kitchen put in, so handy. Saved washing up. Sturdy, good value and durability was great.

Should have read the description more clearly. These spoons are much smaller than a typical tea spoon. Does the job ok.

I use these wooden spoons in many ways.... I use it for parties when I use little party cups for ice cream orother foods.I also use them for my dogs food. I don't have to use my good silverware . These are easy and disposable and have a longer handle for adults
