Umm, okay I guess?
The look and quality of these are very good. The only complaint I would have is they are really loud. The good news is that you can raise the "clanger" so that all you hear in wind is the tubes hitting one another. The middle clanger doesn't work if moved up. With the clanger down in the middle of the tubes make it Very Loud. But overall, I'm happy with it.
