This was once a high quality tool. This new iteration is decidedly flimsier and cheaply constructed.

Poor quality
The finish on the base was pathetic for a so called machined surface. The plane has a nice appearance to it but looks does not determine the quality of a tool. Would not recommend.

Sole is curved!! , blade machined poorly with deep machining marks.Felt like initializing a rustted old 60s plane, very disappointing

Ripped off by Amazon and this vendor
Product did not work. It appeared used and rusted with the adjustment wheel rusted in place. I returned item and this web-site stated the refund was issued February 28, 2025, yet was NEVER received.
