I've tried several aligner cleaners since I started Invisalign treatment in January, and this one seems to be the most effective. It cleans as well as the expensive name brand crystals but smells much better... and it definitely works better than the cheaper denture/aligner cleaner tablets. So while it's not the most inexpensive option, it wins for effectiveness and fresh scent combined. I'm in a holding pattern while I await refinement trays, so I have been wearing the same trays for four weeks, and they still look new.

You need these tablets. My retainer doesn’t stink at all. I just keep a glass cup in my bathroom, drop a tablet in with my retainer, fill the glass with lukewarm water, and 15 minutes later It is clean and clear. Also it doesn’t wear it away. W item.

I bought these to use on my night guard. I use them alone, not with any of the cleaning machines. I had been using dish soap and a toothbrush, but it wasn't getting the job done. It took about 7-10 days before I really started to see the difference, but there has been a huge difference now. I use them every day now. Yes, some of the tablets were broken in shipment, but they still work just fine.

I use these for my Invisalign, and I can say it keeps my retainers clear. Before, they would turn a shade of yellow when I only cleaned them using my toothbrush. I tried using the generic versions, but this works the best in fighting against stains.

I’ve used these for a year and they work great! But the instructions say to use hot water and I was informed that may deform my retainer by my dentist. I am unsure if this is true for all retainers though so just make sure to check for your self.Also, I have to scrub sometimes, but only in the hard to reach cracks. Still! These work as intended.
