Works Great but . . .
Unlike the L-Tryptophan supplement the effectiveness seems to diminish with time. After a while I have to supplement this product with Valerian root supplement.

Right price on a brand I trust
Does melatonin really help with getting to sleep? YMMV, but it certainly helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. Nature's Bounty is a brand I trust and rely on. The price is quite reasonable, and saves me a trip to the store because I order online -- fast shipping, and free shipping with Prime.
