This simple device is wonderful for relieving knee pain from ITB...I have tried several of these by different manufacturers and this one is the most comfortable and effective.....I wear mine all day, every day and forget it's even there...but if I forget to put it on my knee starts hurting

Works well as helped with pain from IT band issues, wore above and below knee (below seemed to help more). starting to wear out after repeated use but for the cost was well worth it, the gel pad does not stay open place, needs a pocket to hold in place.

The first one was great but stretched out quickly. I tried replacing it and the second was just neoprene with no grippy stuff on the back. It fell down immediately. So, if you get the one with grippy traction stuff on the back it will stay in place but stretch quickly. If you get one that is just neoprene it just falls down.

I have been wearing the crossband for a week. So far so good. It has taken the edge off the pain. Hope it continues

I have itbands and this brace was not really helpful every time I would wear it, it was too tight on the knee and it didn’t really help with the pain so I do not recommend this

Loved the product. Great for providing stability in sports that involve a lot of movement. I bought two other highly rated IT band straps and they were painful after a less than 15 mins of use. I'll be buying a second band today, highly recommended!

For someone that has ITB syndrome, I was skeptical if this would actually work. It is very comfortable and soft. And when my ITB acts up I put it on and, for me, it significantly reduces the pain and discomfort of ITB. Would recommend!!

I was getting IT band pain from running and decided to get this for support. I wore it with shorts and it worked fine in providing support. I naively wore it with leggings the second time and didn’t even notice that it was shafting against the other leg and completely ruined the seam until the third time I came home and noticed the seams ruined. Writing a review to warn everyone not to wear over clothing. These are $120 Lululemon leggings that got ruined by a cheaply made $20 product. It is going back.
