Is this good for dry scalp and super thin dry hair?

I believe if your hair is fine or thin the Moroccan Oil Light would be better. It doesn't weigh the hair down or leave it oily.

How do you use it on hair? If you apply to hair while dry, does it cause it to look greasy?

I have curly hair. I always apply it to damp hair. I just tried to apply it to dry hair. It didn’t feel or look greasy. Either way made my curls look beautiful. Just use less if it feels a little greasy.

does this product have a posted expiration date on the bottle ?

Mine does not have a expiration date. However I did notice it is made in Florida. I love the stuff. I am on my third bottle and about to order another one. I highly recommend it
