If you have cramps and a gym going person you should take it , but only after blood work bcz sometimes your body don’t need bcz it is naturally available in the food which you consume on daily basis .

Works like a tranquilizer on me. Could barely even process my thoughts and felt very numb and dumb overall. It's hard to understate the bad time I had with it.Maybe a 100mg dose would be better. But I personally don't see the utility of this supplement as whole. Would probably make sense to take it alongside a ton of caffeine, which is why some energy drinks use it.

I workout regularly and this helps me in post workout fatigue without it body falls into a crash zone, which takes lots of time to recover but with this one can avoid(I mean crash will happen but a milder one, also it increases your agility, not only in physical activities but also mental strain that you can put. A must GO.
