Close inspection might reveal its not stainless but its a very close approximation. The material was good quality and very forgiving so long as you dont let the adhesive backing paper fall back to the adhesive on its unsmooth paper side, as that will not come off and like me you will end up with an embossed look where the stuck on paper is. Effectively ruining it. Application can be tricky lol. Cuts easily and will let you remove and reapply with care to not bend or overstretch it, and the air beneath smooths out to a perfect finish with little work, but that paper stuck to the back is THE END.
