Easy to use and clean, an most importantly requires minimal effort to cut fries. Very, very well made! Replacement blades are readily available if necessary although the ones supplied are heavy duty and should last a long, long time. As well as additional styles of cutting blades are available (I purchased a blade set for making steak fries that fits perfectly). Thankfully this cutter uses industry standard sized cutting blades just in case. Please note that like ALL cutters, this unit is not meant to cut sweet potatoes unless you soften them first (by microwaving them briefly or boiling them for a couple of minutes in water) but it does do an excellent job on sweet potatoes and other hard roots once softened. I also use this to cut zucchini to make 'zoodles' with the smallest attachment. They are fantastic, much better than any spirilazer because they are thick enough not to get soggy and thin enough to hold any sauce you put on them. I am very, very pleased with this cutter and highly recommend it. It is excellent also to dice softer veggies like carrots and cucumbers.

I love it, makes cutting potatoes for fries a cinch!! Suctions to the counter so it’s really sturdy, the fly wheel is easy to maneuver and easy enough to clean. A little bigger than I anticipated but it’s great.

We are in love with this fry cutter. It is easy to put together, just make sure the plates are lined up perfectly before tightening the screws or it will not cut correctly. I like the option for 3 different size fries. we have opted to use the medium plate for our use most of the time (photo attached is of the medium cut). The only part of this that I don't really like is needing to take it completely apart to clean the blades and there is no where to place a bowl or plate to catch the items after they are cut. As for the cutting action, I like this much better, all you have to do is turn the handles unlike the others that you have to use pressure on the push to one side. So if you have any strength or shoulder issues then this cutter will work great for you. It is large and kind of awkward but that is not an big deal to us. I would highly recommend this

After much review/comparison and with reservation due to a few reviews, I can my worries were unfounded. Device is HEAVY and appears to be built very strong. Cut small and medium sized potatoes with complete easy. Hint - microwave potato for 30 seconds and that will help cut smoother. Tried shoe string and regular sized fry cutting pieces. Hate the design that requires screws to remove top plate and bottom cutter blade each time to change and wash. They should use some type of speed lock on locking pin. Also shoestring is hard to clean out mash potatoes and will require a small butter knife. The suction cup holds suprisingly well on quartz countertop. Unit is big and heavy.

The press works well for cubing tomatoes and onions. The rotating handle multiplies the torque and reduces the strain on your arms/hands. As others have complained, the screws are a bit annoying and could be upgraded. The best bowl to use for this is one of those screw-in kitchenaide mixer bowls. The suction cup feet are cheap and don't stay on well but otherwise the press works great.

Perfect to get picky eaters to enjoy eating more fruits and veggies.So excited to make avocado fries, fried zucchini and motzarella sticks! The posibilities are endless (:

While product is well built and cuts the potatoes seamlessly. Cleaning it is another project all together. You need to need to complete submerge in the water to clean the stuck potato skin and small chunks. It becomes unhygienic after one or two uses even when you have tried to clean as much as you can. I contacted the seller but they gave me a run around and totally unhelpful. Finally had to file a claim to get my money back, seller then came back that they will refund my money if I withdrew my claim. Long story short still waiting to get my refund back but believe Amazon will take care of it in next few days. Please avoid buying this and any other item from this seller.

I bought this because my family hand cuts veggies everyday. This item cuts time in half. Easy to clean too.
