One battery did not work on arrival (issue with faulty FedEx delivery) where it was dumped on its side out in direct sunlight on a 90° day. Customer service quickly responded, gave the battery a rest to reset the BMS and all is well now.

We bought 2 of these. I love the USB access ports (2 on each battery) to easily charge my phone. Customer service is great. One battery did not work on arrival (issue with faulty FedEx delivery) where it was dumped on its side out in direct sunlight on a 90° day. Customer service quickly responded, gave the battery a rest to reset the BMS and all is well now.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I use for starting

Better than you think, I know no one suggest to use it for a starting battery, but I have a 70 hp Yamaha and it works great. I do 7 hrs fishing tournaments each month. My boat starts, gps and all extras stay in with engine off. Has never hesitated to start. Love their battery's. I also have 2 smaller ones for trolling. I used to run out of power by days end. I haven't been able to drain these less than 25%. I come home after all day and have 75% left.
