this is lovely oil to cook with and use on salads. It doesn't burn so it's healthy. If you are careful with the spray its minimal calories.

It gives a light spray and heats to A very high temperature. Healthy and easy to use.

Sprays lightly don't need much. Last a long time DOESN'T make my eggs soggy from greese. EASILY absorbed by using a paper towel. No after taste. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!

I like Avocado oil spray but the ones I got don't spray, what a waste!!!!

Love this stuff! Air pressure only, no chemical additives, and avocado oil is great for roasting at high temps and has a good, delicate flavor for spritzing. Pump spray is slightly less fine than traditional spray oils, but works great for my purposes. Not cheap, but a quality product.

Love this stuff! And buying it in a 3 pack makes it very affordable. I haven't had any problems with the sprayer. When you get to the very last few drops, it's more likely to spray in the stream at that point but it sprays in a ice mist otherwise and I've used about a dozen bottles of this with no problem. I originally tried an oil mister bottle that I poured my own oil into and the spray on it was horrible. I especially liked it this doesn't have a bunch of nasty additives. And because it can withstand high heat, it's good for all kinds of uses. This is one of those items I stumbled upon and now I won't be without it!
