Packing got easier
My first adult bag for travel. Very convenient and lots of storage. Can expand a bit for extra luggage. Casters were smooth and glided over the floor. The handle is sturdy and the bag did not look worse for wear on the few trips I have taken so far.

*UPDATE* Talked to seller and he is making good on his product. Will be sending a new one today. Excellent customer service. Great seller! Thank you John! I will be purchasing a better quality piece of luggage before my next flight. A wheel broke off on this piece of luggage on its first use. It made for a difficult trip in that the luggage had to be propped up or laid down while being rolled in the airport or in transit to hotels. Very disappointed. I have never had a luggage failure after 35 years of travel with my current luggage. I cannot recommend this suitcase. The wheels are cheaply attached.
