Well are usually give something three tries but I’m not going to go for the third. This product starts off great works like a charm. Sound quality not the best but doable. Problem is after a while it is not recognized by your iPhone. As such you get “accessory not supported” messages and it doesn’t work anymore. I actually sent an email to the manufacturer and I’m still waiting for them to get back to me after three months. You would think that someone that makes a product would back it up and help you out with these issues but clearly this company does not care about its consumers. If a rep from this company actually read this review I’d welcome you to repair my damn headphones or give me my money back.

I love these headphones! They sound really good, nice bass response. They are comfortable and have a really long cord. I also love that I can charge my iPhone while listening to music. My only complaint is about the buttons, they are hard to push, very stiff. I’m not going to knock off a star for that, might make the buttons last longer. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Bought these for a conference call I knew I was going to have to take while visiting family. This headset works GREAT. Captures sound well, while also reducing outside noise. I've even used them for Facebook lives in the midst of a busy, noisy airport! Audience heard me, not the airport noise. Best headset I've used yet!

I ride a motorcycle the mic close to the mouth is great. Sound quality was also awesome. Unfortunately the left ear audio stopped working after a couple of months

Microphone never worked properly, and one headphone broke off without any warning. Wire is clunky and makes tons of noise while running. Overall just a bad product. Will be returning.

what is it w these products? nothing works for longer than a month. these headphones constantly get me the “this accessory is not supported” alert now. and since they’re lightning jacks, they’re completely useless and a waste of $50. there are ZERO reliable options for charging & listening to iphones now. super disappointed in this product and apple in general for “certifying” these things.

June 2019 edit: headphones will no longer work. Error I’m receiving is accessory not supported.Original review:These headphones worked perfectly and eliminated the hassle of needing to use a dongle to both charge and listen to music. I have used these with my iPhone XS Max on ios 12.1.

There ok, nice to have the charger in the cord. Update. Bought October 24 th stopped working December 1st. Not eligible for return after Nov 24th
