Is this product plant and bush friendly?

Water all plants and bushes that may have runoff soaking where the roots are. If leaves come in contact with soap solution the most you should need to do is spray off the leaves shortly after contact. Japanese Maple would be the only leaf contact to be concerned about since they are very sensitive but as noted above pre-wet and rinse off leaves and you should be fine even with that.
