I love it and I ain't a kid...........
As a 41 year old father of 2 I've always wanted to mess about on scooters with the kids but never liked the ride of the small hard wheel scooters on sale. Saw this and thought that looks a lot more comfortable. Assembly will take some time if you've never messed about with bikes before, but if you know the basics about 30 minutes and you'll be done. Took me about 20 mins to build and another 5 or so after a little ride to adjust the brakes. Assembly instructions aren't the best but there's loads of build videos on youtube and the instruction video on the amazon product page is pretty good as well. Quality of the scooter seems pretty good and all parts fitted together with no issues. Design of the scooter is very nice I really like the black with the light blue trim. Size and weight limits- I am quite wide shouldered and at just over 6ft and 15 stone I was a little concerned about the scooter but so far it seems to be pretty strong. I would be confident to ride this even if I was over the max suggested weight limit of 100kg. The build is very similar to a BMX with pretty decent looking welds and strengthening. I do dwarf the scooter a little bit so if you are taller than me then you may want to find a slightly bigger one or get used to scooting around slightly hunched over. Only issue so far is that I'm finding it quite hard to actually have a go on it as the kids keep taking it......... One final point i would like to make is- as the front is actually just a BMX frame you could always change out the front forks and put an even bigger wheel on there. or like I am thinking of doing putting a front fork from my old bike on there for the suspension (only problem old bike was black and orange so I'll have to spray it as well.)

Great scooter.
I got one for each of my sons, ages 7 &10 and they love them. Easy enough to assemble, feels quite sturdy when using.

Good build quality
Ordered this x2 days ago, arrived today box slightly damaged so I was a bit sceptical at first incase it was damaged after reading previous reviews. However, put it together in approx 40mins. Easy enough to do if you have fixed up bikes before. But if not, My advice would be getting someone who has or getting someone to help you as the brakes are the most fiddly part. Overall happy with it so far, feels sturdy and strong. I'm around 90kg and approx 6ft tall. Only thing for me I'd prefer slightly taller handle bars. Bought it so I can keep up with my child rather than try running after them!! Only x4 stars at the moment as I've not used enough or played on to properly comment on strength and durability. Good exercise & fun. Will update soon.

It's decent, with some caveats
Like others have said you get what you pay for, it's a decent frame and good for kids to grow into. It also looks cool and as an adult I found it fun when I had a go. There's not much else out there quite like it if you don't want to pay big money whilst also not going for one of those small child style scooters, it's good. On the down side as others have mentioned the brakes were crap, you have to fit them yourself and the wheels were buckled. Ended up taking it to a bike shop to get sorted for another £35, which I still consider worth it with that cost added, it's just extra faff. Your mileage may vary!

Glad I bought this cute little guy!
I ordered this to spice up my lockdown exercise and bring some extra fun to it. (I’m 41 for goodness sake!) But I don’t care. I had already read reviews they said it was hard to assemble and decided thst I would take it to a local bike shop to put it together for me. They did and it cost £40. In my mind, it was worth it. No hassle and they’re very used to constructing bikes and breaks etc... They did a super job. I also bought myself a helmet from them! I went for a lovely scoot the next day. It’s a lot of fun on the downhills. I feel like my right quad is going to be super muscly because it’s enhanced the whole time you’re scooting and works much harder than the leg that propels you. So I’m 5’7” and weigh 10.5st. I don’t think you could be much taller and comfortably scoot on this but I reckon the scooter could easily take another stone or two. The tyres are solid. You just need a decent sense of balance. All in all, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s quite big, but it fits in my VW van easily and wouldn’t be hard to put in a normal car, you might have to put the back seats down. It doesn’t fold like other scooters. It’s a rigid structure. I love the colour. That’s great. The stand is useful but the front tyre needs to be aligned with the back otherwise it will tip. I would lean It against something if you can. You can’t fail to ha e fun on this cheeky little scooter. It’s a cheap alternative to a bike and just a bit of fun. Nice to throw in the car and go somewhere different for a new scoot adventure (when we’re allowed!). So my advice - get it professionally put together and factor that into the purchase price. Then have fun!!!!!

Good quality for the price
Quickly arrived. Pretty simple to put together and basic tools included. Great quality for the money. As it's a Christmas present it's not been used yet so will have to wait to see how it performs.

Terrible product
Absolutely terrible. You have to set the brakes up yourself and they are such poor quality that they cannot be setup properly and correctly balanced. They either rub on the rim or just do not work at all. Now I have to spend more money and put quality brakes on it!!!

Biking
Adults and children love this 2-wheeled adventure finding toy, although you must get used to switching legs or your calf will start hanging out….
