Worst packaging. For a sensitive medical device, they take least case in packaging. Device itself is good. just slip in your arm and power on the device, it pumps air.

unreliable readingI bought this device for my mom. It shows her bp is normal until I came to know that she is have high bp of 160. If we relied on this product it could have been a major problem, luckily we checked from the hospital. Dont trust this anymore
