When I finished pouring I had no drips or spills.The oil is a lovely golden colour and tastes light and delicious. It is very smooth with a bit of a kick down the throat. It will be absolutely perfect on salads or drizzled on a nice crusty baguette.It is on the pricey side though (£20.50 at the time of writing) but for that money you are getting a superb olive oil in a beautiful statement bottle that would also make a fantastic gift for the gourmet food lover. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing flavour *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 September 2020* I am impressed by the mild yet rich flavour of this olive oil. Early harvest means that the olives are not fully ripe, they are green normally which means each olive produces less oil so you need more of them (explains the price). Normally you would expect the oil to be quite bitter, but this one is not. It has a very slight bitter aftertaste which you can only taste if you taste it without any food. It actually tastes a bit sweet, fresh, a little pungent, green. So pleasant. Truly gourmet. This is an oil to have on bread with tomato and avocado or even Spanish ham if you eat meat. Guests also would like and be impressed by this oil. I'm not sure I would afford to buy this oil often, but it would make a great gift for when you're invited for a house dinner. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Very nice, very smooth.
