Perfect snack! just like the ones I ate in Burma. Small thin thin wafers. I don't care if there is some fat in these bars. We need some fat in our diet. Seeds and nuts are good for our bodies. 210 calories is high to me but will not make me give them up! Just won't be eating several during the day…at least trying not to eat more during the day! These are so so good.

They are satisfying & a great non-gluten treat. I found them great for a fast traveling or sporting event snack.

OMG these are so good and very addictive I must say. I purchased my first single package from 7-11 and didn't know what to expect but once I had my first bite I was in love and needed to find them quick, so I started with Amazon and bam there they were in plan and other flavors as well. If you are looking for a healthy and yummy snack get these, you won't be disappointed.

This is one of the best treats I've ever eaten (that doesn't include chocolate). We first enjoyed it on the island of Crete, then found it in a health food store in our town, next bought them at an RV camp at the northern tip of Vancouver Island, and recently ate it in Spain. It's delicious, crisp, sweet, satisfying, and not too high in calories.

The ONLY bad thing about these guys are that you cannot eat just one. You have to have real self control to keep from eating the entire box. They have an excellent sesame flavor with just enough crunch without being too hard. Seriously I'm going to start having Amazon deliver a box of these to me every month .....and hope I can make a box last that long.

I just love these. I tried another brand I found at corner store and they all stuck together. I have not seen this with these ones. They sometimes are slightly stuck together but they come apart really easy. They are very tasty and light. Will buy them again. :)
