This product is one of those amazing things that actually improve domestic life and save money. It isn't perfect -the scent is very chemically- though they say it doesn't have harsh chemicals-not sure what qualifies as "harsh"... and it can indeed shrink certain things a little bit if you are not careful about what you use it with. But basically once you get the hang of it, you can save hundreds of dollars just using your home dryer for half an hour instead of going to the drycleaners to clean certain items. The principal is that it steam cleans your clothes in the dryer while they are in a sealed bag they provide into which you also toss the drycleaning sheet (soaked in its non-harsh chemicals). It is really good on sweaters, but for the my best sweaters (cashmere or fine wool) I take to the drycleaners because steam isn't good for them (as I learned the hard way). Bed pillows are good to clean (read the label though- maybe not feathers). You can put one pillow plus a cleaning sheet in each bag (I have two bags by now- the bags come only in the starter kit) and put two bags in the dryer which kind of balance each other as they tumble. It will not de-wrinkle- just clean. Very good for throw blankets especially the type you can't wash because of fringe getting tangled, or made of some weird acrylic that can't be washed. I would not use on anything with glued sequins or rhinestones because the glue could maybe melt in the steam. Silk I have tried with mixed success; there was some shrinkage but luckily the items were a bit big anyway. The addition of the spray and touch-up pen in the kit are kind of a waste and keep the price up for no good reason. I now have maybe half a dozen unused sets from buying this product over and over. The sheets go a zillion times faster than the spray and the pen. I wish the company would sell just the refill dryer sheets. The Amazon price can vary being a little higher or lower than the supermarket or Target, depending on various formats of what's included in the set and deals going on. but basically it is in line so for convenience I order it from Amazon occasionally.

loved this product! So simple to use and worked great!

I've used this before and it works well enough for at home "dry clean". THERE IS NO BAG! It shows one in the pictures and says it comes with one in the description but it does not come with one. Because it doesn't need one. The instructions in the package say do not use bag, so it doesn't include one. Dryel you need to fix this product picture and description please it's very misleading.

Love it! Saves money and cleans well

I have multiple shirts that can only be dry cleaned bc they are all rayon. I live 1.5 hours from the nearest dry cleaner so I had high hopes for Dryell. I had various small dirty areas as well as every day odor I was hoping to clean out. After putting it in for the cycle they came out looking exactly the same but just highly scented. Upon more detailed reading in the pamphlet it says to use the stain pen to spot clean any areas needing attention prior to putting in the bag. Any blemishes/dirt etc that goes in will come out in the same condition. Hanging a garment to air out a/o Febreezing it out have been just as effective. If you need CLEAN, a professional is the only option. Disappointed but honestly not too surprised. This product gets out wrinkles and perfumes the clothing. that's all.

Great alternative to dry cleaning or hand washing. Love this for cashmere. Light, pleasant scent. Stain stick works.

This kit doesn't come with the bag! It says it does, but doesn't, so just beware of that. Frustrating but not the end of the world. I haven't used the product yet (no bag of course..).

Have not used yet but it did not come with a steam bag as described so not sure I can even use it.

The package received was in bad condition, wet, nd broken. Not worth ur money
