Can you put the vacuum attachments for grinding concrete on this one?

I bought a cheap plastic vacuum shroud (here on Amazon) and attached it to my concrete grinding wheel and it worked great. I had to use a little duct tape around where the shroud touched the concrete as an added dust catcher. Not recommended for a lot of grinding (sq foot wise).

is it also a cut-off or just a grinder?

can this be used with a 14mm spherical ball gouge?

If it is threaded to for 5/8x11 shank then it will fit if not you will have to get a adapter to make it work, but the unit has plenty of power and I feel it will out last the Milwaukee and Mikita grinders because that is what we had before.
