膝が痛いことがあって、米国の知人から勧められて飲み始めて2年。快調です。しばらく米国出張がないので、残量が少なくなったので、amazonで見つけて購入しました。到着して、一見、同じプロダクトだと分かるのですが、ラベルの張り方が雑。錠剤の色も、米国購入品と少し色調が違います。なんとなく違和感が拭えず、多分、米国に行く機会あるいは、米国からの来客があれば、米国購入品に代えようかなと思います。

I twisted my right knee about 6 months ago and every since it has not been the same,its been stiff and painful,someone told me to start taking these and i've noticed that it does help....

Not sure if it does anything after reading a report that oral glucosamine does not hinder any benefits even thou I have friends who swear by it.

From my research online, I'm not convinced that these types of oral supplements allow the Glucosamine and Chondroitin to enter your blood stream. If they are not in your blood, they can not reach the damaged joint(s). From what I read, test subjects reported just as good of results with a placebo as they did with these types of oral supplements. I'm not referring to this brand in particular, just oral joint supplements in general.I read these research reports after ordering the product, so I figured I might as well take them. I have been taking them morning and night and have not experienced any benefit. Maybe the "placebo effect" would have worked on me if I had not read the research papers!
