There's a hole in the bottom of my case - should that be there?

The hole at the bottom of the case makes it easier to pull over the bottle - pure physics.

How do I best clean my glass bottle?

We recommend using the dishwasher if you have one, or hand wash with a normal bottle brush. Note: The glass bottles are dishwasher safe, but the lids should still be washed by hand.
