these are not spare ribs they are the end cut. my piece contained two small bones but not spare rib bones. this is a piece of pork. shame on Pat LaFrienda for selling us something that no one wanted ribs would buy in person

Just made these last night. Really great! Was fresh and clean - not too much fat at all. The flavor was amazing. Baked them in the oven for 2.5 hours covered after I seasoned them then put BBQ sauce on, put under broiler for a few min on each side and they fell off the bone. Will definitely order again!
