A: As best I can tell, the major differences are the Nautica POU1RRHS has a scratch resistant cabinet, a removable, dishwasher safe reservoir, a patented inside/out cooling probe and a 5 year versus 3 year limited warranty.

**Q: Whats the difference between the cook n’ cold: pou1rrk, hot n' cold: pou1rrhs, and hot n' cold: poud1shs? i only see a  price difference.**
A: THE COOK AND COLD HAS ROOM TEMPERATURE AND COLD WATER. THE HOT AND COLD ACTUALLY HAS HOT WATER AND COLD WATER

**Q: Do you need to hook this up to waterline?**
A: Yes, this unit does require connecting to a water source. We do sell a different version of this unit where you can load a bottle on top.

**Q: purified water, clean water?**
A: I supposed it is clean. The unite has a filter for cold and hot water. It's reasonable well made. Although I would t say it's perfect. We purchased the unite for the office use. So far (a week of use) so good.
