What do I do if the hand pump is not inflating the ball?

If you're having difficulty inflating the ball with the provided pump, double-check that the needle is properly attached to the pump and that the pump is being used correctly. Ensure that there are no leaks in the ball.

My ball is too small and it's not the size it should be

Add more air, The ball will be the expected size when fully inflated, A properly inflated ball will have a firm, yet slightly pliable feel without any wrinkles on the surface, Additionally, over-inflation can cause the ball to burst.

How can I deflate the ball

To deflate the ball just remove the Needle from the pump and insert the needle only into the ball and watch as air is released from the ball until completely deflated
