Seemingly used item. Defective, non working.
The remote did not work even the second time around. In fact it even had finger prints on it like it was used previously. Not happy. Couldn’t contact the seller as the number provided was incorrect. Returning item.

Pathetic.. Stopped working after a months usage.
Purchased this product on 14 April.. I was happy as even the seller contacted me on what's app to verify the model of STB so as to ship a compatible remote accordingly.However, the remote has now suddenly stopped working. I replaced the battery cells as well, but no use. All the buttons stopped working.Please do not purchase this product.No star for this...

Sub-standard quality
We have been using this remote since a couple of months.Initially it worked well.However, since the last 3-4 weeks, the remote functions have not been responding right, including the channel +/- & especially the volume +/-.It gets quite frustrating trying to use it !

Very big mistake in choosing this product.
It has stopped working right from the second day. The buttons are so hard. More than 90% of buttons do not work right from 2nd day. Even for working buttons, we need to press multiple times. In the original Tata Sky remote, the remote need not to be pointed towards the setup box for any operation . But the user has to point the remote in front of set top box for every button press and that too for multiple times. However the remote never works as equivalent as the original Tata sky remote. So my sincere advice is that please do nor opt this product, as it does not do what it is supposed to do and there is no value for the money.

Works well with my tatasky recorder box
Based on other reviews, I was skeptical. However, this works perfectly with my set top box.It is slightly smaller than the original but that's not an issue.

Stop selling this.
This remote is just useless product. The quality is very bad. Nun of the bottle works. It’s not for TATA Sky set top box. I just wanted my on this wast plastic.

Absolutely low quàlity matereàl.money charged not worth as per quality.one should not buy such item
The quality and specially joint of upper and lower plate locks are horrible and buttons are not working softly.Remote should work with soft touch itselfwhich its not at all working.i shall tru with snapdeal.
