My wife's friend passed along advice that she should order this luxury item, Dead Sea Mud Bar Soap. I saw the elegant box sitting on the counter -- My first thought was that we had received a gift. The box it comes in is creatively illustrated with dancers! Anyhow, I noticed that the soap bar had been used in the shower so I asked my wife her opinion: Her exact words were "that soap is simply delightful". She also said that her skin felt very "moisturized" And I can say without hesitation that that is a very high compliment in our household. My hunch is that many will buy multiple boxes in order to have on hand to give as gifts. It seems to me that this would make a much better hostess gift rather than the usual bottle of wine.

This Dead Sea mud bar is one of the best soaps I've used and I've tried quite a few natural and organic soaps. Everything from the packaging, to the shape, color, smell, and experience using this soap reflects not only its high quality but also the pure natural ingredients it's made from (a combination hard to come by in cosmetics). The list of ingredients is innovative (mud, charcoal, goat milk, and essential oils). All ingredients are organic which means they are more effective in detoxifying, cleaning, and moisturizing the skin, instead of introducing chemicals the body has to work on releasing.The soap arrived in a classy, sturdy box (see picture) that looks like a specially wrapped gift. It's soft as silk and gentle on the skin, leaving it feeling nourished, moisturized, even pampered. The essential oil fragrance relaxes my body and makes me feel like being at the spa. It would make a unique holiday gift. Two thumbs up!

This wonderful creamy soap is very moisturizing and leaves the skin feeling soft as silk. It is a generous size and the color (black) looks so classy in my white/gray bathroom. The soap is packaged in a very attractive, high quality box depicting Tango dancers on the cover -- it's a keepsake and I have it displayed on a shelf. Will be buying more to have on hand as gifts.

I don’t typically use soap on my face but in reading the different uses I thought I’d give it a try. 5 days in and I’m amazed at how moisturized my sensitive skin feels after washing with the soap and so soft! I love the smell and will definitely keep using this and buying a few as gifts!

I've been using this soap for about a week now and I love it. The lather is soft and soothing and I really like the faint aroma of lemongrass. I have Rosacea and am careful about the products I use on my face. My skin feels extra soft and smooth now, and my skin doesn't feel tight. I also love the packaging! I'm planning on buying more for myself and as gifts for friends.

It even LOOKS like chocolate -- and the scent is at least as wonderful. This is a lovely and sophisticated product--rich forumlation, appeals to all the senses -- and beautifully packaged. Makes a truly special gift (if you can bear to give it away).

Wonderful soap! Huge bar! Mild scent, lathers beautifully, feels great on the skin (and I've received compliments on my skin...I NEVER receive compliments on my skin...). Although the bar is black in color, the lather is not. Looks elegant with any decor. Highly recommend!(PS: The beautiful box is a great bathroom-drawer organizer.)

Wow! I’ve never had a soap leave my skin so soft. The lather is wonderful and the light scent of lemongrass so refreshing. Highly recommended!
