Amazing MX Master Alternative
This is easily one of my favorite mouses I've used, especially for productivity or mixed use; I use mine for work and gaming. I've experiences weird issues with Logitechs offerings and decided to try this instead. The mouse fit's my hand perfectly and should fit most hands that tend to rest most of the hand on the mouse. When the mouse goes into sleep mode, it reconnects very quick, and switching from bluetooth connection to dongle connection is fast and very useful. This is my first dedicated mouse with silent switches and it's wonderful if you're in a quiet office. The scroll wheel is a little loud, but has the ability to lock and unlock, which changes how loud the scroll is. The weight is perfect as it's not too heavy or light, making it great for many uses in my opinion. The battery is also fantastic as the first cycle for me lasted 2+ months using it quite often everyday. My favorite feature is not needing a dedicated software to adjust settings. You can open a web browser and adjust settings through an easy to use web app. This is the first mouse that I have had that didn't leave me wanting something more to make it perfect and would recommend this to anyone looking for a very solid all purpose mouse!

Keychron saved us all from the logitech slums
Finding Keychron this year has been a revelation for my desk. The V1 keyboard makes me embarrassed about the other budget keyboards I'd wasted money on. I didn't know! Anyhow, I needed a mouse so I checked them out. It came down to this or the Master 4, which is probably what you are looking at too reader. Let me tell you as someone who checked out both, the Keychron won in all ways but one. Let me preface this by saying that you have to get the 8k sensor model. I tried the 1k first and it was decent, it would be find as a secondary mouse, but this was meant to be my main personal mouse. It had to be great. I returned it and got the 8k and it's totally worth the $20. You're also getting glass contact pads and when you're on that higher polling rate, on a good mousepad with those pads? Oh it feels special. A smoothness that I didn't know existed. Logitech cannot compete here with the Master series. The clicks are silent yet responsive. I've never felt a mouse switch like this, but it is both completely silent, but not mushy. There is a very positive click felt in your finger, but as somewhat of a compulsive clicker, this is a great feature I never knew could be so well implemented. The material of the shell is a high-quality plastic. Does not feel cheap or biodegradable at all. I'd almost call it automotive grade in the best way possible. It's very smooth and I almost considered it smooth to a fault. That is until I realized it totally meshes in my mind with the butter smooth cursor tracking the physically smooth travel of the glass feet gliding across my mouse pad. The main scroll wheel is great. The 8k upgrades you to metal here and both the click mode and the infinite scroll feel great. Logitech might win here just a bit, but where they really win is the side scrolling. On the M6 it's fine, but on the Master it's great. The thing is, I don't use side scrolling enough to give up all the other upsides of the Keychron. One of the biggest I haven't even mentioned is not needing a constant 290MB service running in the background for your mouse! In fact, you don't need any at all! The settings are all configured through a web app. Just bookmark it to your favorite bar and you can always go there to change a setting. This is so much better than having it run non-stop when your computer is on and use all that memory. Not to mention the CPU cycles and suspicious outbound web traffic! Go Keychron! I run mine at 8k polling all the time with the 20k motion sampling. Yolo.

Solid mid range product with a couple of ergonomic peculiarities and a huge Bluetooth issue
Got the 8K version. Overall very good mouse, lots of positives including flexibility, works on Linux, no crappy software installation, more than enough battery life, decent scroll wheel and buttons, polling rate and sensor overall are definitely more than I need, etc. Finish and build quality are good, I like that it doesn't have the rubber thing that the MX Master has and gets nasty over time (even if you clean it), and the weight/material feel is ok, I'd say in between Logitec ergo stuff and their gaming products. A few things bothered me though: - The scroll wheel toggle is a bit hard/loud, and the horizontal scroll wheel is not as good as the main one (still better that the plastic ones from Razer), but that's not too bad either, just something to keep in mind so you don't get surprised. - Bluetooth connection is not very reliable, had to re-connect to my SteamDeck and my Windows laptop several times because it kept “forgetting” that it was already paired. Also, over Bluetooth sometimes it causes the cursor to jump like when you have poor signal, but it happens sometimes even with the mouse right next to the laptop. It gets better, but sometimes it's just bad, so I usually just use the wifi dongle to avoid going insane. - The shape is ok but it's weird. I've used Logitec MX Master series and the grip on this one is quite a bit narrower, much more than I anticipated (and I don't have big hands, my palm is wide but nothing out of the ordinary for a relatively short man). My previous mouse is a Razer Deathadder Elite and I can tell you, both my MX Master and my Razer have more comfortable grip, I find myself going back to the wired Razer just for the better feel. All that said, I can forgive the buttons/scroll wheel difference because it's not too bad if I'm honest. As for the shape and grip size, that's just preference, not the best match for me but still can be awesome for others. The Bluetooth issues are the ones that made me drop a star, I can still ignore it because I don't care too much for BT, but it's still a big issue most of the time, so I think it's fair to warn others who might want to use it primarily via Bluetooth.

Excellent mouse with a great set of features
I've used main line, store available gaming mice for years and decided to check out something a little more niche. I couldn't. E happier! Keychron already has a good reputation and this does nothing to diminuab that. The clicks are nearly silent and the grip is comfortable without being too large or small. I've actually used the open scroll wheel a few times on long documents or webpages and it's pretty nice - not a make or break feature for me, but a great add on. It feels nice in the hand and is incredibly well made and durable. I expect to use this for a few years before replacement - a great value!

It might as well be made of glass.
Pros: Ergonomics are good. Software is easy to use Lots of configurable options for sensitivity and response rate Horizontal Scroll Wheel and Infinite Scroll will turn you into an excel wizard Con: It is not durable at all. If it drops off your desk, there is a 90% chance you're going to have to remove the glide pads on the bottom of the mouse to get to the screws to disassemble and fix whatever came loose. This mouse is great, but if you game / work with a laptop and you're moving around a lot, expect any drop to break it.

Keychron M6 8k wireless mouse review
Mouse came as described. This mouse is light weight, has great response, and the side button keys are located better than my previous mouse. I don't have to move my thumb too much to press the side buttons. The mouse was very easy to connect to my computer, via blue tooth. Once it was connected, it starts up live with no issues. The shape is relatively comfortable, and after using the mouse for a few days, I am really happy with the feel and performance. Although, I do wish that the side scroll knob was metal like the top scroll. I highly recommend this mouse.

Not well built
I already have a Mx Master 3... bought this mouse because I have a Q1 Ultra 8k keyboard. I thought it would be an upgrade. Mouse came with the top glide pad already ripped off and curled up. Cheap all plastics all around. Polling is great but if you're looking for quality, this is not it. Also only came in "silent" which I did not like at all. Does not feel good and feels really cheap when pressing the buttons. Very disappointed as the keyboard is top tier quality/feel...

Great mouse! Better than MX series.
For years I have always used Logitech mice, especially the MX Master series. Earlier this year, they had a major software issue where it crippled all their mice. I did not realize the settings were tied to software working, so I wanted something where the settings were on the mouse itself. I have used Keychron keyboards for years so I began looking at their mice. I wanted something similar and as customizable as the MX Master 2. I found the M6 8k. Note that I am just a regular casual computer user. Coming from a heavy mouse this one felt amazing, quiet clicks, speed scrolling, super customizable via the software, and most importantly the settings are all saved on the mouse itself. Battery lasts a long time, well over a month for me. It always connects to my Mac Mini and mini Linux computer via both Bluetooth and 2.4g. I have not dropped it off my desk so I can't speak for accidental durability, but with regular use there has been no double clicking or anything. Honestly I was surprised of the ratings this mouse has on Amazon, I expected it to be way higher. For my uses, its been fantastic.

Disappointing
Very very disappointed, such a high price point for a mouse that is worth less than a 20 dollar Logitech. I purchased it because I wanted to replace my Logitech Master 3S since it had a rubber coating that attracted dust and sweat. This mouse is just fine material wise, a smooth plastic, but the whole point I'm righting this review is the scroll wheel. It's the WORST one I ever tried. When you move the mouse even lightly, the scrollwheel bounces left and right like a little ball, and when you scroll, the WHOLE mouse vibrates, it's like holding a controller. I don't recommend buying until they fix this issue, especially at this price, it's not just my mouse.

Great mouse
I have been using this for a few months before reviewing and it replaced the beloved Logitech G502. So far it's been working beautifully. I use this mou6for both work and gaming. It's comfy to use for long periods of time and nice and light for gaming. Connects with the included dongle perfectly and I appreciate not having to download any software. Configuration with Keychron Launcher web page has worked well for me and enables plenty of customisation options Very responsive especially at 8k polling rate with the included dongle. Bluetooth works well and is easy to switch to, every handy when using the same mouse with a work provided laptop.

Légère et performante, elle est parfaite. Peut-être un poil petite pour les grandes mains... Ça ne me gêne pas

Hands down one of the best value ergonomic mice that I’ve ever used...
I’ve been using this mouse for multiple months now and honestly it has impressed me way more than I expected! I’ve tried a lot of other mice over the years from Logitech, ROG, Razer, and other gaming/ergonomic brands, and somehow this ended up becoming my favorite overall. Before this, I mainly used my Logitech MX Master 4 along with a few gaming mice like the Logitech G Pro series. The MX Master felt nice at first, but after getting used to higher refresh rate mice (1k/8k hz), going back to 125hz honestly felt terrible and not responsive. Everything felt sluggish and bloated, almost like the cursor was dragging behind your movement. The skates also never felt smooth to me (especially on a glass mousepad) and the mouse itself always felt heavier than it needed to be. I also tried lighter gaming mice like the G Pro lineup, and while they were great for gaming, they became uncomfortable during longer work sessions. After consistently sitting at a computer for 7-12+ hours a day working, browsing, and gaming, my hands would usually end up cramped and uncomfortable, which made me realize that comfort matters a lot more than people think, especially for daily use. That’s what led me to trying the Keychron M6. I was skeptical at first because I wasn’t very familiar with Keychron and had never actually used any of their products before, but it honestly turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my setup. Right out of the box the experience felt premium. Packaging was clean, everything was sealed nicely, and setup was incredibly easy. The mouse immediately felt smooth on my glass mousepad and even worked great on my cloth pads too. The skates glide extremely well and the overall movement feels very responsive and natural. The 8K polling rate is genuinely noticeable too, especially on higher refresh rate monitors. Even switching between 1000hz and 8000hz is useful because you can actually customize the experience however you want it to be. The software experience also surprised me a lot. For this price range, Keychron honestly has some of the best software and physical mouse features I’ve ever used. You can customize buttons, polling rate, DPI, connection modes, and basically tune everything exactly how you want it without the software feeling bloated or annoying, especially since you can run it directly in your web browser without needing to install anything. I also really like that you can switch between bluetooth, their 2.4ghz receiver, and wired mode. The wired mode doubling as an off mode is also a nice touch. Everything overall just feels practical and designed by people who actually use computers daily. As for the actual feel, I first wasn’t sure about how the silent clicks were because I was used to louder tactile switches, but after using it for longer sessions I actually started liking them. Not hearing constant loud clicking for hours while working is surprisingly nice. The infinite scrolling mode is another feature I ended up using way more than expected. It feels weird at first, but once you get used to it, scrolling through documents, code, or long web pages becomes incredibly smooth and fast. On the other hand, the tactile scroll mode feels a little strange in comparison in my opinion, but it’s still nice to use when you want more precise control. Comfort-wise this mouse has been amazing for me. I’ve never had hand cramping or fatigue issues using this, even after very long sessions. My hand posture feels very natural and ergonomic without feeling oversized or awkward. My only small complaints are that the horizontal scroll wheel could feel a little bit smoother, and that the harder tactile scrolling mode on the main wheel feels slightly odd at sometimes. But honestly, those are very minor compared to how much this mouse gets right overall. For the price, I genuinely think this is one of the best value mice you can buy right now. It competes directly with mice that cost significantly more from these big brands while still offering features and performance that honestly feel ahead of them in some areas. This mouse completely changed my opinion of Keychron as a brand. It replaced my MX Master 4 entirely and I honestly don’t see myself going back. Therefore I would highly recommend giving the Keychron M6 a try, especially if you want something ergonomic, smooth, responsive, customizable, and genuinely enjoyable to use for both work and gaming. Hope this helps!
