I've been using this Adidas water bottle now fora month and a half. I bought it initially so I could use it on our trip. I use it now for work and working out. It's easy to pull up the top,nipple, to drink the water from and when pushed all the way down it remains sealed. Bottle is flexible when squeezing . Quite pleased with the Adidas bottle
